Local Swim Club Revitalized

Overview: This local swim, tennis and paddle club was established in the 1950s and Siegel had been called in on many occasions over a 20-year period to make improvements. The biggest change was a new structure which would include a year-round gathering space for its member view matches and hot tournaments and provide a fully accessible bathroom, deck and serving area.
Challenge: The major challenge was construction which would be completed on wetlands, designated flood areas in which zoning was restricted and easement and town sewage issues existed.
Solution: In addition to a new design, we guided the club’s board through the approval process with the Board of Adjustment.
